Every meal. Every day. Planned.
The average household answers the same question seven times a week and answers it worse each time. Meal planning apps existed, but they asked you to build the plan yourself, then handed you a recipe list with no idea what any of it cost at your actual supermarket.
Plan & Plate came to the studio wanting the whole thing built: the website and the app. You describe how you eat, in your own words, and a full week comes back, already costed.

The food the plan returns. Every meal checked against Australian nutrition data.
01. The site. The front door had one job: make a stranger understand the product in a sentence and send them to the App Store. Plan better, eat better. Every meal, every day, planned for you.
02. The plan. You write how you want to eat, in plain words. Quick weekday dinners. High protein, no gluten. A seven day plan comes back in seconds, with calories and macros counted per day, and a one tap swap on anything you do not fancy.
03. The shop. Under the plan sits the harder work: more than nine hundred recipes, each verified against Australian nutrition data, and a shopping list that prices itself against weekly Australian supermarket data. The camera reads what is already in the fridge so nothing gets bought twice.
04. The household. A plan for one person is a different product to a plan for a family, so every member carries their own profile: what they will not eat, what they cannot eat, and what they ask for.
Plan & Plate closes the gap between wanting to eat well and actually doing it. The plan removes the decision, the nutrition data keeps it honest, and the priced shopping list means nobody finds out what the week costs at the checkout.
Launched and live. The first 30 days are still being measured. We'll publish the numbers when they're real.
If you're here for the software
Plan & Plate is a working product, not a brochure with a contact form: a native app, a recipe library checked against national nutrition data, live supermarket pricing, and household accounts that have to stay correct long after launch. That changes how the commission is scoped.
So a software commission isn't a three-week couture launch. It's scoped on its own cadence at the intake call, and it ships with a care plan rather than being handed over and abandoned. If you have a product brief rather than a site brief, say so in the intake. The studio builds both, with the same hands.

From the atelier
A website can only sell a product as well as the product deserves. Plan & Plate asked for both halves built by the same hand, so the promise on the site and the thing the app actually does are the same sentence.
