We read it and respond
Within two Melbourne working days. Either we book the call, or an honest note that we're not the right fit.
Thirty-minute call
Not a sales call. A brief-reading session. We arrive having read your intake. You arrive ready to correct our assumptions.
Proposal within 48 hours of the call
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. One page. You sign or you don't. No negotiation, no counter-proposal, no drama.
The edition's timeline to launch
Two weeks for Launchpad, three for Signature, six to ten for Flagship. Discovery, design, copy, build, QA, DNS cutover, handover. In that order. On the timeline you picked.
