We collect only what you give us directly. If you fill out our commission intake form, we record your name, email address, and the details you provide about your project. That's it. We don't track you across the web, we don't build profiles, and we don't sell or share your information.
Commission form submissions are emailed to luigi@maisonturco.com and then forwarded to a single Gmail inbox for review. We don't store submissions in any database or third-party platform. Your information sits in email until we've completed your engagement, at which point you can request deletion.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use our site: pages viewed, where visitors came from, and when a brief is started or submitted. We also use the Meta Pixel so we can measure whether our advertising brought you here. Both set cookies. We do not use session recording, heat maps or profiling tools. You can block both with a standard browser tracking blocker and the site works exactly the same.
This site is hosted on Vercel, which handles the delivery of our pages. Cloudflare manages our DNS records and email routing. Both providers have their own privacy terms, which we've chosen because they maintain reasonable privacy standards.
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set analytics cookies as described above. No other cookies are set. None are sold or shared for advertising to third parties beyond the two providers named.
If you've submitted a commission inquiry and want your information deleted, write to luigi@maisonturco.com and we'll remove it. There's no third-party database holding your data beyond the email inbox, so deletion is straightforward.
