Vico is a small Italian dining room at the quiet end of a Carlton laneway. We cook what the market gives us, pour from a list that leans north of Rome, and keep the room dark and the night long. Come hungry. Stay late.

Dark walls, brass,
and the laneway.

Find the unmarked brass door at the end of the bluestone. Inside: low light, an open kitchen, a marble bar that pours until late, and forty seats that fill by name.
