We roast a few sacks at a time on a vintage drum out the back, dial it in over the bench, and pour it the same week. What we cannot drink ourselves, we do not sell.

Smith Street$22 / 250gHouse blend. Milk chocolate, brown sugar, a clean nutty finish. The one in your flat white.
Yirgacheffe$28 / 250gSingle origin Ethiopia. Jasmine, bergamot, stone fruit. Best as filter, black.
Decaf, sugarcane$24 / 250gColombian, sugarcane process. Cola, cocoa. No one will guess it's decaf.
Cold brew, on tap$6 cupSteeped eighteen hours. Poured over a single big cube all summer.
